Zayo’s existing reports had a large administrative burden with manual data pulls and data manipulation. Reports were also very slow to render, and users were unable to reliably explore data beyond initial dashboards. Because of this, Zayo’s Service Delivery and Management operation reviews required a high level of effort for each quarterly meeting.
Zayo partnered with Atrium to implement Sales Cloud and Einstein Analytics. Atrium set up Zayo’s Service Delivery dashboard to automatically update with appropriate data each quarter. Atrium also delivered an Interval Averages dashboard using Einstein Analytics speedy UI and data exploration capabilities and an Interco Yield dashboard leveraging filters for various business units. Zayo is now set up to run its entire Quarterly Business Review process from Einstein Analytics.
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Zayo’s new dashboards offer a greatly improved user experience. Exploration capabilities allow power users to drill into raw data and provide additional commentary to dashboards. And the filtering option on the Interco dashboard has eliminated the need for multiple clones of the same report for various business units. All of this has led to the Quarterly Service Delivery review being automated and level of effort has been greatly reduced. Zayo is now investigating predictive use cases using Einstein Discovery.
