Atrium's Big Week at Dreamforce 2025

From Inspiration to Action: Atrium’s Big Week at Dreamforce 2025

Dreamforce 2025 has come and gone, but the ideas, conversations, and connections from this year’s event are still energizing us. Salesforce’s biggest conference of the year brought together innovators and industry leaders from around the world — and for Atrium, it was our best Dreamforce yet.

Between a packed schedule of sessions, roundtables, and demos in the Atrium Lounge (at our fantastic new location across the street from Dreamforce!), an incredible response at our booth in Moscone, and lively networking at our social events, we heard firsthand how leaders are ready to make AI a reality in their organizations.

The agentic enterprise takes center stage

Marc Benioff opened Dreamforce with a bold challenge: to cross the agentic divide and move from using AI personally to fully embedding it into how enterprises operate. The key, he emphasized, is trusted, integrated data — and that’s exactly where Salesforce’s (newly named) Agentforce 360 platform comes in.

The platform connects every corner of a business — from customers to operations — through Data 360 (the new name for Data Cloud) and Slack as the new “agentic operating system.” In Benioff’s words, this is the path to becoming an Agentic Enterprise: a company where AI agents collaborate with people to get real work done, at scale, safely, and intelligently.

“You’ve got to get your data right. You’ve got to get the governance right,” Benioff said. “DIY isn’t going to do it — we all need to be on this journey together.”

Atrium Lounge: Where ideas meet action

Just steps from Moscone Center, the Atrium Lounge at 201 3rd Street was a hub of energy throughout the week. Attendees joined us for hands-on learning sessions, customer roundtables, and deep discussions about how real companies are applying AI and automation in Salesforce today.

Highlights from the lounge

  • Breakfast with Dollar Bank: Leaders shared what it takes to launch Financial Services Cloud successfully — from securing buy-in to sustaining adoption — and how they’re building a service-first culture.
  • Liberty Bank Unfiltered: A candid look at what no one tells you about Salesforce implementations, featuring lessons on navigating regulated environments and keeping teams aligned.
  • The Future of Salesforce Ops: Atrium’s Greg Barlin and Hubbl’s Mike Bogan demonstrated how Andi + Hubbl automation transforms technical debt cleanup into AI-powered optimization.
  • Breakfast Panel with Medidata: Steven Burry and Micah Gerger were joined by Medidata’s Angela Williamson to discuss how intelligent automation is transforming revenue operations, from streamlining partner requests to ensuring airtight compliance and eliminating manual handoffs.

Packed sessions, thoughtful questions, and meaningful, candid conversations — proof that leaders aren’t just talking about AI; they’re ready to operationalize it.

Andi does Dreamforce

Across both the Atrium Lounge and our booth at Moscone, one topic was hotter than the rest: the future of Salesforce delivery and how Andi, Atrium’s AI consultant, is leading the way.

Our Andi demo station was hopping all week, as Lounge guests got a live look at how Atrium’s intelligent agent effortlessly automates configuration and executes workflows — all within Salesforce. With diagnostic tools like Hubbl or Elements Cloud, Andi seamlessly streamlines the process of mitigating technical debt in Salesforce by fixing issues identified by those tools.

From real-time analytics to intelligent automation, the demos, roundtables, and live sessions brought to life how Andi helps organizations move from tedious manual work to fast, efficient, AI-assisted Salesforce delivery.

Oh, and we made sure Andi had time for a little fun too…

Evening connections and real conversations

After a full day of innovation and inspiration, we wrapped up Tuesday with Sip & Sync: A Cocktail Social for Tech Leaders at the historic Dawn Club. Between jazz from the Fog City Swing trio and conversations that flowed as easily as the negronis, it was the perfect close to a high-energy first day.

And to close out the week, Atrium’s pre-Dreamfest happy hour got concert goers geared up for Metallica and Benson Boone, with signature cocktails like the “Mystical Magical Margarita” and “Nothing Else Matters Martini.” The weather couldn’t have been better to enjoy STEM Kitchen & Garden’s gorgeous outdoor patio before heading over to the Chase Center!

Themes that defined Dreamforce 2025

Throughout the keynotes and sessions, a few big ideas stood out — themes that perfectly align with Atrium’s mission to help organizations become truly data-driven and AI-ready:

1. AI without clean data is still donkey work

As Michael Dell put it in the main keynote, too many teams still spend time on “donkey work,” which he defined as “a lot of people emailing, gathering information, writing spreadsheets, running after approvals, basically doing a lot of work that nobody likes.”

By integrating AI more comprehensively in Salesforce and building observability and trustability into the platform, Agents can reduce that “donkey work” and free up users to focus on higher-value tasks. Data Cloud provides a platform for improved agent outcomes with better, more consistent data.

Dreamforce 2025 made it clear: trusted, unified data is the foundation for any successful AI strategy.

2. Intelligent automation is the new differentiator

Across industries, the conversation has shifted from what AI can do to how it gets delivered. The most forward-thinking organizations aren’t just experimenting, they’re operationalizing AI to improve sales velocity, quoting accuracy, and customer experience.

Intelligent automation, powered by solutions like Agentforce 360 and enabled by Atrium’s Andi, is becoming the differentiator between companies that talk about AI and those that use it to transform their business.

3. Moving from pilots to platforms

Marc Benioff’s reminder that “DIY AI projects tend to fail” resonated with every leader who has struggled to scale innovation beyond the lab. The takeaway? Successful AI initiatives require a connected ecosystem — not standalone proofs-of-concept or experiments — built on shared data, strong governance, and measurable outcomes.

Partnering with experts who know the pitfalls and steps necessary for success can be critical to building interconnectivity and driving measurable value with AI, too.

4. Every company can be agentic

From PepsiCo’s plan to be AI-first by 2026 to Williams-Sonoma’s “Olive” and Pandora’s “Gemma,” Dreamforce made one thing clear: the agentic enterprise isn’t futuristic — it’s already here. AI agents are no longer side projects; they’re becoming integral to how companies engage customers, manage operations, and accelerate growth.

Looking ahead

As Dreamforce 2025 wrapped up, one thing was certain: the age of the agentic enterprise is here, and companies that harness their data, automate intelligently, and connect people with purpose will lead the way.

For Atrium, the week was both inspiring and validating. Since 2018, AI has been a part of Atrium’s DNA, and the excitement around its value in the Salesforce ecosystem has never been more palpable.

From packed sessions, roundtables, and demos to meaningful conversations with partners and customers, Dreamforce reaffirmed our mission to help organizations make smarter, faster decisions with data and AI in Salesforce.

Until next year, thank you for the energy, inspiration, and countless connections.
