Glenn served as Chief Customer Officer at Twilio, where he led global customer support, professional services, solutions engineering, and developer programs. He is also a co-founder of Appirio, one of the first large-scale consulting partners to Salesforce and other SaaS pioneers, where he helped scale the business from inception through its $500M acquisition by Wipro. Earlier in his career, Glenn held senior leadership roles in global customer support and professional services at public enterprise software companies.
