b. Aggregate Data

“Aggregate Data” refers to information derived from the operation of the Services that does not identify any individual or specific organization. This may include metadata about Salesforce org configurations, usage statistics, or system performance trends. Aggregate Data helps us improve our Services and provide benchmarking insights.

c. Customer Data

“Customer Data” means information, including Personal Data, entered into or processed through the Services by or on behalf of a customer. Atrium processes Customer Data only as directed by the customer and in accordance with our Terms of Service.

2. How We Use Information

Atrium uses Personal Data and Aggregate Data for legitimate business purposes, including to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; configure, secure, and support customer environments; communicate with you about your account, support requests, or product updates; improve and enhance functionality; conduct analytics; prevent fraud or unauthorized access; and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

Atrium may share Personal Data only in the following circumstances: with trusted service providers; with customers if you use a corporate account; for legal or compliance reasons; in business transactions; or as anonymized Aggregate Data. Atrium does not sell or share Personal Data for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Security

Atrium implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with SOC 2 Type 2 controls to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who require it to perform their roles and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including while providing the Services, complying with legal obligations, or enforcing agreements. After retention periods expire, Atrium securely deletes or anonymizes Personal Data.

Atrium is headquartered in the United States and processes data primarily in the United States. By using our Services, you understand that your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. in accordance with this Policy.

We use first- and third-party Cookies to improve performance and user experience. We do not use tracking technologies for targeted advertising. You may disable cookies through browser settings, but doing so may limit some functionality.

Our Services are not directed to or intended for children under 16. Atrium does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may modify this Policy periodically to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates will be posted at https://atrium.ai/privacy, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
