The agent surfaces performance trends, relationship risks, and growth opportunities, then translates them into a prioritized action plan with both immediate actions and longer-term priorities.
The agent is demonstrated in the context of a medical device firm manufacturing orthotic implants (hips, knees, shoulders, and similar products) where the underlying data model includes surgical cases, revenue, surgeon and account activity, and CRM opportunities. In this setting, the agent helps reps identify surgeons at risk of churning, flags dormant high-value relationships, and pinpoints cross-sell and upsell opportunities across their product portfolio.
Users interact with the agent in two ways: a “Sales Briefing” document designed to be embedded directly into a CRM like Salesforce, and a natural language chat interface for drilling into sales data, forecasts, and pipeline details on demand. The Sales Assistant Agent can be delivered through a Streamlit application or embedded into an existing CRM, giving sales teams consistent, actionable intelligence wherever they work.
