3M was looking to drive a consistent selling process across several different lines of business consisting of thousands of users within multiple divisions. They needed the ability to enable their internal team to design, build, and support Einstein dataflows and dashboards.
Atrium built capabilities that supported the review and update of several Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across several lines of business, allowing for easy update and consistent review of KPI status and actions. Support was provided to enable the construction of several sales dashboards to facilitate consistent review of sales metrics. The 3M team received education and training from Atrium on Einstein development techniques and deployment best practices.
Atrium worked with users to incorporate feedback from the newly built dashboards and process areas to drive additional productivity refinements. By project’s end, Atrium enabled 3M to review and analyze data comprehensively by aggregating at different levels of granularity and in a consistent format across all lines of business, thereby standardizing and improving the sales process company wide.
