Staples (SPP) implemented a Sales Cloud solution and was looking for a partner to help increase business value, drive user adoption, and improve the overall user experience.
Atrium created a forward-thinking plan to identify enhancements, including resources to design and implement them. An annual enhancement schedule was also established that mapped out six enhancement releases per year, ensuring Staples (SPP) is on top of changes to the solution. Having this enhancement schedule allows Staples (SPP) to plan for these enhancements so that users are kept up to date on any changes or adjustments to the solution that may impact their use. Atrium’s advisory services was then used to evaluate third party solutions that complement a long term solution roadmap for Staples (SPP).
Staples (SPP) is now able to maintain high user adoption due to user feedback-driven enhancements. Their Sales Cloud solution performance has also improved due to consistent feedback and solution monitoring. Staples (SPP) is seeing cross-divisional alignment driven by enhancement prioritization and a streamlined delivery process. And because they are not being oversubscribed by IT support teams, the expansion of their solution is no longer hindered, increasing the value of the solution.
