Today Atrium has announced an exciting leader for its growing roster of media industry experts: Kendall Mercado, who has spent the past decade building out Salesforce solutions for media companies, specializing in ad sales. Most recently an Analytics Lead at Atrium, Mercado has brought technology solutions via Salesforce for the entire sales process to media startups and enterprises, both traditional and digital. She has implemented solutions for all manner of Salesforce and related technologies, such as Sales Cloud, CRM Analytics, OMS Integrations, Self-Service, Inventory, and more — helping ad sales companies cover all parts of the process from pre-sale to post-sale.
