Atrium welcomes a Financial Services Industry Lead with expertise in Salesforce and nCino
Indianapolis, December 6, 2022 – As a market leader in consulting services and solutions built on the Salesforce platform, Atrium has grown its presence and stake in the ecosystem over the last several years. With proven excellence in financial services as a Salesforce partner, Atrium plans to grow its industry footprint going into 2023. Today Atrium has announced an integral addition to its sales leadership: Valerie Weis, who brings sixteen years of experience in the financial services industry with specialization across retail, business banking group (i.e., commercial lending), retail business banking (i.e., SBA lending), specialty finance group, personal and commercial insurance, wealth management (i.e., trust and brokerage), mortgage, Salesforce, and nCino.
“We’re thrilled to add Valerie Weis to the team. Having focused on business transformation for financial services firms since Atrium was founded, our commitment has only grown stronger,” said Chris Heineken, CEO of Atrium. “With significant banking and wealth management industry expertise and Salesforce ecosystem excellence, Valerie will help us deepen our connections and create powerful change for our clients.”
Formerly with 1st Source Bank and Prudential Financial, Weis has overseen Salesforce strategy, outcome-driven delivery, user adoption, and sales management. Having implemented Salesforce bank-wide and later the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System (LOS) Weis is knowledgeable in what it takes to evangelize and grow financial services solutions for Atrium clients.
“I am excited to be bringing my variety of industry experience to a company that is uniquely positioned to help customers navigate this ever-changing digital landscape and tackle some of the most relevant and challenging issues facing the financial services industry today,” said Weis, Financial Services Industry Lead at Atrium. “As a team, I am confident that we can help companies deliver better client experiences, make more informed business decisions, solve interesting and complex problems, and ultimately drive better outcomes for both the customer and the company.”
Financial services firms are experiencing changing business models, increased customer demands for high-touch personalization, increasingly rigorous rules and regulations, and competition from fintech companies. Technology, specifically CRM, is one of the critical factors that can assist businesses in addressing these challenges and ensuring long-term success. With a robust data strategy and tools such as Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and other industry solutions, Weis noted that businesses in wealth management and banking can effectively leverage their own data to achieve results that matter most.
Laura Koch, VP of Customer Engagement at Atrium, said, “We are very excited to have Valerie join our team as a thought leader in banking and wealth management. Her vast industry experience will have a major impact on our customers implementing data-driven Financial Services Cloud solutions. Her firsthand ‘been there, done that’ expertise will provide practical and scalable solutions, with an eye toward acquisition, growth, and retention objectives while also promoting critical end user adoption.”
